June 27, 2006 Intel to sell its communications and application processor business to Marvell for a purchase price of $600 million plus the assumption by Marvell of certain liabilities.
Sep 2002 LANDesk - Vector Capital and vSpring Capital, has entered into an agreement to purchase certain assets of the business, including the LANDesk-branded products. Intel will retain a minority equity position in the business, which will be managed through Intel Capital. Specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
