Wyle to Acquire RS Information Systems

Littlejohn & Co., a private investment firm, today announced that its portfolio company Wyle has completed the acquisition of RS Information Systems (RSIS) of McLean, VA, a premier federal systems integrator providing advanced services in information technology, systems engineering, telecommunications, scientific support and management consulting.

RSIS serves a range of defense, civilian and science and engineering customers, including the U.S. Air Force, NOAA, NASA, FAA and DARPA.
