Care Capital Investments III LP Closes at $300 Million

Care Capital LLC today announced the closing of its third life sciences venture capital fund, Care Capital Investments III LP. The fund capped investor commitments at $300 million, exceeding its original target of $225 million. Approximately 20 leading institutional investors participated as limited partners in the fund.

Lazard acted as placement agent for the fund.
