Berger has recently joined the firm. Berger joins the firm as Principal in charge of direct placements and leads a team of finance professionals providing a comprehensive range of private placement and direct investment activities.
Berger is responsible for providing transaction sponsors and other clients of the firm with a comprehensive range of structuring and placement services in support of acquisition and growth capital transactions. He also oversees the firm's direct investment activities.

Mr. Berger joins the firm as Principal in charge of direct placements and leads a team of finance professionals providing a comprehensive range of private placement and direct investment activities.
Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Mr. Berger had been a partner of Equinox Capital since 1998. He has also served as director of corporate finance at Bank of Boston, and was a principal of Bessemer Securities Corporation. Mr. Berger began his career on Wall Street with Kidder, Peabody & Co. in the 1980's working in domestic and international corporate finance. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.
