BC Partners seeks a buyer for its portfolio conpany Egiio Galbani SpA reported The Wall Street citing people familar with the situation. EUR 2 billion ($2.36 billion) is a target transaction value.
BC Partners acquired Galbani in 2002 from Groupe Danone of France for EUR 1.02 billion.
