Probitas Partners, an integrated, global, alternative investment solutions provider, today announced that it has added Francois Joly to its team as a Director. Francois, formerly a senior member of Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec's investment team, brings 15 years of private equity investment, secondary and portfolio management experience in North America and in Europe.

In addition to overseeing fund investing for la Caisse in North America and in Europe, Francois executed two of the largest secondary portfolio sales for la Caisse.

Francois Joly, Director

Prior to joining Probitas Partners, Francois was responsible for the construction and management of la Caisse's European and North American fund portfolios. Francois' experience also extended to investing in direct private equity transactions and co-investments, evaluating, designing and implementing portfolio strategies for the fund program, and, importantly, leading some of the largest secondary and structured private equity transactions in North America. Francois graduated with a Baccalaureate in Commerce, specializing in Finance, at the Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal, Canada.
