"How to Buy a Company" is geared toward CEOs, entrepreneurs, CFOs, CPAs, corporate development officers and in house counsel seeking growth through acquisition, as well as lawyers and accountants who want to advise their clients on the deal making process.

The seminar will be held on Thursday, June 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue. This is the first such presentation in Philadelphia for Phoenix-based Dinan & Company, a nationally known leader in buy-side mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

The seminar agenda includes:

     * How to find the best companies for sale
     * Financial analysis and valuation methodologies
     * 10 essentials to know before starting due diligence
     * How and when to begin the integration process
     * The best sources of money to complete a deal
     * Structuring deals for long-term success

All seminar attendees receive a proprietary M&A toolkit containing over a dozen reference documents. The cost for the seminar is $595 per person. Register by 5/27 and receive a $100 discount. Additional attendees from the same company are only $295 per person. If you can't attend the seminar, a DVD version is available complete with M&A toolkit/reference documents for $295 plus S+H.
