This conference will examine what valuations are fair, what levels of return are acceptable, and the types of analyses and approaches that will ensure successful acquisitions. Among the topics to be discussed are private equity and today's investment climate; accounting shenanigans and detecting fraud; normalized earnings, due diligence, and pro forma financial statements; and creating and closing the deal.
