OneAccess Networks, a manufacturer of access routers for telecommunications carriers and corporate networks, announced today that two major investment funds, T-Com Venture Fund and Innovacom took over 21% of OneAccess share capital. The two new investment funds are deeply involved in the telecommunication market. They will bring a thorough expertise of Telco's expectations and connections to a large network of Telco's industry related companies.
OneAccess Networks has built a strong position in the European IP-VPN Carrier Class access router market as well as a leading expertise of deployment of large Data and VoIP networks over the last two years. OneAccess Networks takes on its strategy of partnership with Telco's. Today, this ambition is confirmed by the completion of the series C financing from Telco's investors.
This capital increase ends the process started mid 2004 for building a strong company. Total amount raised during the third financial round tops EUR10M. OneAccess Networks is comfortably fuelled to expand with new products, to increase its market share, and to develop its presence in key countries like Germany, United Kingdom and Spain.
